Anmerkungen:
Kommentar: Unter den Stich befindet sich ein typographischer Text. Nach dem Gemälde eines unbekannten Malers, London, National Portrait Gallery (Inv.-Nr. NPG 79).
Montierung: Der Stich ist vollflächig auf die Buchseite geklebt mit Ausnahme eines 11 cm breiten Streifens unten, der horizontal gefaltet und umgeklappt ist.
